Juan Carlos Vazquez

Born and raised in Orange County, Juan Carlos lives there today with his wife, Mariana, and their five children — Aaron, Olivia, Natalia, and twins Juan and Carlos. He entered financial planning in 2009 on the conviction that hard work should lead to more than just keeping the lights on. His culture and heritage shape everything about how he leads — relationship-first, grounded, and with heart. Alongside Mariana, he runs Café Zócalo, the family's restaurant built on community, hospitality, and a true mi casa es tu casa spirit. His faith keeps him grounded, and he founded Cultura Golf to open the game — and the opportunities that come with it — to the community he comes from.

Noah Herrera

Business Development Officer

Noah Herrera is an MLBPA Certified Player Agent and business development executive with a strong foundation in athlete representation and relationship-driven leadership. Growing up around baseball through his mother's work representing professional athletes, Noah developed an early understanding of the sports industry and the importance of trust, integrity, and long-term partnerships. He primarily works with clients in the Latino community while serving athletes from all backgrounds, focused on creating meaningful opportunities on and off the field. Guided by the belief that people do business with those they genuinely enjoy being around, he is committed to building a network of people who challenge, support, and sharpen one another.

With a decade of Human Resources experience across the nonprofit and higher-education sectors, Mariana brings people-first expertise to Cultura Golf. She is driven to serve with purpose and dedicated to pouring back into her community and championing new opportunities for others. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, and staying active in spin class.
